What will not be accepted is one or two sentence posts, like "Naruto. It's good." Uh uh. That's what the "why" is for. Talk a little bit about the show, we don't require much of you here in Teh Bukkit, but surely you can write three sentences or more about what you're watching. No one wants to see a post with a series title in it and nothing else, ya know?

So, chatter away! (I'll be back here later to rant about RahXephon. Mmmm, RahXephon...)

I just finished watching Gankutsuou about 2 days ago, and I loved it. I'm glad Funimation put it up on their website for free, or I probably wouldn't have watched it. I also took a peek at Desert Punk, and it did look mildly entertaining.

At the moment I'm watching the Slayers series on Funimation's website, I really find it enjoyable.

But OMG, I tried to understand Rahxephon when I watched it last year, I loved the characters and story, but maybe I'm just not cultured enough to get all the references on sound being the destruction of the world. I can't wait to see how you're going to explain the series.

I'm not as much into anime as I used to (though I find the reviews on this site to be very entertaining), but throughout last night and today, I've been rewatching Saber Marionette J, on a mere whim, after I-dunno-how-many-years.

It's still an entertaining show, even though I'm older and slightly more critcal now, and there are some characters that I apprieciate more than I used to. It's amazing what time does.

Lately I haven't had a lot of time to watch anime. I started watching Spice and Wolf, Last Exile and Monster last month but stopped because my midterms were coming up (yaaay college) and never got back to them.

Other than that I've just been watching what my anime club is showing: Vampire Knight and Black Butler. This is unfortunate...because I like neither of them.

I watched the first five episodes of 11 eyes (through crunchyroll) and I have to say that so far it is actually really good. the actions scenes are good, the music has a rock sound during fights which helps set the atmosphere. I am a bit sciptical as I have watched chaos:head and even though the build up was really good the end just wet itself and ended up becoming very poor.

My anime club is watching Juuni Kokki (Twelve Kingdoms), Shakugan no Shana, Noein, Chevalier d'Eon, Eden of the East, Toward the Terra, and Soul Eater, which I all more or less enjoy. Also Neon Genesis Evangelion and a season of Sailor Moon, which we all do our best to MST3K the stuffing out of.

By myself, I still need to finish Elemental Gelade. I can't quite put my finger on why I'm liking this series. It can be both silly and serious, which I appreciate, but I suspect I'll need to see the ending before I finally figure it out.

Other than that I'm watching Fairy Tail--which is very new and I have been following in manga form for quite some time--and Tatakau Shisho: The Book of Bantorra, which is gorgeous, has my favorite seiyuu in a prominent role, and features librarians who fight to protect the people of the world's souls (kind of) with psychic powers. I am a librarian. Therefore, I find this cool. (Unfortunately is also features some of the most unpronounceable names I've ever seen. Ie. Hamyuts Meseta).

ooh, I got the first 2 volumes of fairy tail when they first came out, I've been meaning to look into it more.

All I have been watching of late is Samurai 7. It...kinda bugs me. I enjoy it and all but I just feel like it could be done better. The only thing I can put into words though is that some of the fight scenes seem lazy. On the other hand there are also some pretty good fight scenes. Other then that I like all the characters and I have fun remembering the movie.

Akumetsu (Great political commentary seinen manga, with lots of justice for politicians)
Bakuman (Manga about drawing manga. If you haven't read it, I suggest it, it's a great series showing some insight into the manga industry.)
Black Lagoon (Again, already saw the anime, but the manga is much further)
Change 123 (Interesting manga dealing with multiple prsonality disorder in a more literal sense)
Hajime No Ippo (Great Boxing Manga, super long running if you haven't read it, and need a time sink)
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi (Interesting Martial Arts manga, lots of action)
Naruto (I'm more in this one for the long haul... I lost interest a long time ago, but I still keep coming back to see what happens)
New Prince of Tennis (I read PoT kinda late, and then this comes out. Doesn't update a lot, but it's an interesting read. It got me watching Tennis on ESPN)
Onidere (romantic comedy in the vein of masochistic male who gets beat up by the girl he loves. The twist on the story is she's a delinquent gang leader, who is hiding her soft side and love life from the members of her gang)
Shamo (Awesome Fighting manga, in an MMA arc right now. Unfortunately it'll be months before another update)
Vagabond (Aweomse "Historical" manga.)
Any many more that aren't as important.

I AM reading Conan, but I'm behind by 400 or so chapters, and though I'm interested for some reason everytime I read a few pages, the wind comes out of my sails...
